Recently, she directed her first film together with Nicole C. Mullen in the short film THE GOD THAT SEES. They co-wrote the music for the film. Gifford is a patron of many organizations for children, such as Childhelp as well as the Association to Benefit Children. The Cassidy's House and Cody House are named in honor of her daughters.
