April Lockhart

April Lockhart, born in 1995 on the 4th day of July. She started guitar and piano lessons from age seven. The passion for making music was ignited. at the age of 12, April wrote her very first song Different. When she was 14, April spent lots of time writing lyrics and perfecting her musical ability. Later on she began taking writing trips along with her father in LA in addition to NY. April also began to include different topics related to some of her classmates who struggle with issues such as problems with peer pressure, and teens who commit suicide through the songs"Take" my Hand. Lockhart is an influencer in the beauty and lifestyle industry who has a growing fan base. She collaborates with famous brand Ilia in partnership, and is also an expert in the field of lifestyle. Her birth was without a left hand and that is part of who she is--but it's far from the entirety of her story. In the end, Lockhart's profile isn't afraid to talk about the fact that she is disabled, but it doesn't center around it in any way. The message? that we are all a part of a multitude and that we are all unique and we're beyond our physical bodies. Lockhart declared in video form she didn't want to be defined by her physical disability. The woman doesn't intend to work as a disability advocate who focuses on that. There are many aspects of Lockhart. It doesn't impact my day-to-day life I do things normally, and I've discovered my own method of adjusting the things. Since it's a part of my identity and something worth talking about. Lockhart is a true source of inspiration to accept oneself in all aspects she is currently on a long path to reach this. Still, she admits going through phases when it comes to her body. She was uneasy about clothes that exposed her arms. Nowadays, she dresses what she's comfortable in and post photos of herself wearing those clothes to social networks with pride. Self-love, according to her, can be described as a trip. "I do not think that it's possible to be there," she said. This is a process, and I'm sure that you never arrive. It's essential to have those around you who are aware of and can relate to you. They'll help you remind yourself about the issues you're concerned about.
